When there's demand, I run virtual courses. Since 2020 I've been running an open, eight week-programme to help accountants appreciate the Objective and Key Result ("OKR") method of planning, and taught them:
- thinking paradigms to get to grips with moving from inflexible annual budgeting to responsive rolling forecasts.
- shortening the cycle of monthly reporting through smarter use of Excel Spreadsheets.
I am now offering my Power Query Bootcamp as a standalone programme, covering both Excel and Power BI.
Monthly Accelerator Coaching
All of my course participants since 2020 have signed up to work with me in my Accelerator Programme, where I provide monthly personal coaching and equipping.

Andy is a former CEO and CFO with 30 years experience of working in and with commercial and non-profit organisations.
Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, has a masters degree from Durham Business School and is an all-round superstar, not just a dashboard genius. He feeds his creative side by playing multiple musical instruments and stays in physical and mental shape, having competed for Great Britain as a Age-Group Triathlete
